As many of our products are handmade to order and/or created according to individual customer specifications, different return rights may apply depending on the product purchased.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

However, this right does not apply to certain products, including goods that are made to order or clearly personalised according to the customer's specifications.

Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

Most of our products are handmade specifically for each order and/or customised according to customer requirements.

For this reason, these products are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or returned solely because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Standard Products

If we offer products that are not made to order and are not personalised, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a valid withdrawal right applies, customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitably packaged.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will include the purchase price and any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please include photographs where possible.

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
